   i always thought that parfaits were made with like a mousse and creams well now I know or can they be?

   For a parfait you need one item that is whipped cream, or mousse, or pudding, or yogurt, and the other layers can be fruit or cake cubes–anything that blends well with the flavor and looks nice!–Betty
