Hi Betty,I made this salad tonight, and it was delicious! It’s a nice combination of flavors! I loved the peach! Next time, I think I will incorporate the drained pineapple juice as part of the 1 cup of boiling water that the jello is dissolved in. (I got 1/2 cup of juice from my can.) I may try lime jello in this recipe as well. This salad was very good! The pecans were wonderful in it, too! I snuck more of it a little while after dinner for a treat while watching TV! Thanks!
