Hi Betty,I made this salad tonight, and it was delicious! It’s a nice combination of flavors! I loved the peach! Next time, I think I will incorporate the drained pineapple juice as part of the 1 cup of boiling water that the jello is dissolved in. (I got 1/2 cup of juice from my can.) I may try lime jello in this recipe as well. This salad was very good! The pecans were wonderful in it, too! I snuck more of it a little while after dinner for a treat while watching TV! Thanks! I decided to try another one of your recipes. I made this one last night and it’s so good! I loved the pecan crunch. It reminds me of ambrosia salad. Your videos and your presentation are easy to follow. Please do more! Thanks!

Yes, it is smaller, and this is the type of thing you don’t want to have a huge bowl of in your refrigerator (unless you have a large family!). Thanks for commenting!–Betty :)

I will pass this along…She is not as involved as she would like to be, because of continually caring for a 3-year-old at home! But, she helps out when she can! Thanks!–Betty :)
