The next two days are off for me. So I’ll take the opportunity to juice feast throughout both days. If it works out well, I’ll do the same next week. I look forward to see the effect on my weight! I can’t weight!

A funny thing happened to me. Last Monday. I ordered a juicer, but regreted it.. I thought I would return the package when I receive it for a refund. My blender died on Friday. I went to the chute to throw it out when a UPS guy was there waiting for me. It was my juicer. :) What a timing. I’ve decided I may as well keep the juicer. My first experiment was to mix celery, tomatoes, kale, and a beet. The beet’s taste is really strong! What is the best produce to neutralize its taste?

It did, but not completely. Tomorrow I’ll put 50% less of beet.

I’ve never thought of juicing bean sprouts. Thanks for the idea!
