Thoughts on attachments to Kitchen Aid Professional Plus 5 qt. stand mixer.?I am giddy over this mixer, which I just ordered. (alex/cairo area)nobody i know in egypt understands my fascination w/ a good blender for my smoothies + mixed drinks obsession…i’d love to find a place that sells something similar to starbucks blenders (they once used champ HP3 and it now became blendtech). it has 3 hp (horsepower) +my husband asks what i need all that power for/if i plan on blending nails. he also doesn’t undestand the need to maintain as organic a diet as possible or why I’d want to “make juice out of juice…” Needless to say he won’t have any clue nor will his relatives and friends who aren’t into the same things as me.
