I have had this recommended to me while dealing with my diverticulitis. My diverticulitis has become much more complicated due to a fistula, and the doctors want me to have surgery. Is this safe for me to drink? Thank you

The more juice you drink the faster you will heal! Give up the meat and dairy and you will feel better in no time at all!

he was never overweight (with his metabolism and genetics, i don’t think he could be even if he tried), however he WAS underweight!…he was SCRAWNY, no muscle…his high school pics are scary…that is why he started to lift weights, because they were calling him “bag o’ bones” and stuff (also, he said he wanted to ‘get girls’!). so to those who think he is too skinny today, they should see how he looked then! ;) Krista

Hi Brenda…Krista here filling in for Dan :) You can store freshly made juice in an AIRTIGHT GLASS container (glass mason jars are ideal) for 1-3 days (but preferably just 1-2 days). Make sure to seal them in those jars RIGHT after juicing. It isn’t ideal to freeze your juices, but that being said, it isn’t as ‘bad’ as pasteurizing your juice..but it still IS changing the energetics of the fruits & veg in some way. But if freezing juice means you will drink juice vs. not at all, then go for it.
